inc Board of Directors, and provide a preview of the exiting
workshops and events that are scheduled. The General Session will also
include a welcome from our Avaya partners, and a Keynote Address from Avaya
Senior Leadership.
The Avaya Integrated Roadmap

This session will present the Avaya Integrated Product
Roadmap in its entirety, providing a detailed view of the integration of the
Nortel Enterprise Solutions products into the Avaya portfolio. This exciting
roadmap presentation will serve as the foundation for a series of Deep Dive
workshops that will provide an in-depth view of the roadmap in areas that
are relevant to the INSIGHT 100
inc membership.
Roadmap Deep Dive – CS 2100 and SL-100 (Parts 1 and 2)

This session will provide an in-depth view of the new
Avaya portfolio as it relates to customers who own SL-100 and CS 2100
platforms and their surrounding Nortel and partner solution sets. This
session will include an introduction into key elements of the Avaya
portfolio along with information on how these products and services will
integrate with the SL-100 and CS 2100 over the short, medium and long term.
Avaya Aura ™ Portfolio Overview

This session will introduce the INSIGHT 100
inc membership to the
next generation of Unified Communications that Avaya brings to the Market.
This overview will include key elements of the Avaya Aura ™ architecture
that will directly interface with the SL-100 and CS 2100 platforms, as well
as a wealth of new applications, clients and use cases that can be deployed
as a part of the solution.
INSIGHT Exchange

interact directly with key members of the Avaya Leadership team in a town
hall format. This is the perfect opportunity to provide feedback for the
Avaya Integrated Roadmap or to voice concerns and issues with Avaya

Avaya Aura ™ Applications and Use Cases
(Part 1)

This session will provide for an introduction into the
new applications and use cases that are enabled by the Avaya Aura ™
Portfolio and the Avaya Integrated Roadmap that will be most relevant to the
INSIGHT 100 inc
membership.
INSIGHT 100 Business Meeting

for INSIGHT 100 Inc.
Roadmap Deep Dive – Messaging

This session will provide an in-depth view of the new
Avaya Portfolio as it relates to customers who own existing Meridian Mail,
Call Pilot and Octel messaging systems. This session will also provide an
introduction into the Avaya messaging portfolio.
Maintenance and Operations and Avaya

This session will provide an overview of the Services and
Operations portfolio within Avaya, and highlight how the integration of
Nortel Enterprise Solutions into Avaya will change or enhance the
maintenance and service solutions that an INSIGHT 100
inc member typically
has in place.
Roadmap Deep Dive – Clients

This session will provide an in depth view of the new
Avaya portfolio as it relates to Station Clients and end points. This
session will also provide an introduction to the Avaya suite of clients and
the One-X ™ portfolio of desktop and mobility solutions and how they can
integrate with SL-100 and CS 2100 platforms and be deployed in typical
customer settings.
Roadmap Deep Dive – Contact Center

This session will provide an in-depth view of the new
Avaya portfolio as it relates to customers who own Nortel Contact Center /
Symposium and CCMIS systems. This session will detail the evolution roadmap
of these solutions into the Avaya Next Generation Context Center portfolio,
and provide additional perspective on the impact of SIP communications into
the Customer Contact and Self Service environments.
Roadmap Deep Dive – Management

This session will provide an in-depth view into the
management strategy of the Avaya Integrated Roadmap. This session will
include a discussion of common Third Party management partners and their
place in the ecosystem of Avaya Aura™.
Avaya Aura™ Applications and Use Cases
(Part 2)

This session will build upon the applications and use
cases delivered in part 1 of the workshop by providing a view of a go
forward strategy examples using selected INSIGHT 100
inc member settings. A customer setting will be selected
from each of the Healthcare, Government and Higher Education segments within
the member community. Volunteers for this workshop will be most appreciated.
