Membership Application

Applications are accepted based upon organization's ability to meet membership requirements as detailed in the INSIGHT 100 inc Bylaws document. Submittal of an application indicates the submitting organization's willingness to abide to the Corporate Bylaws. 

The INSIGHT 100 inc bi-annual conference forum is for the exchange of information, and a non-sales oriented event. Solicitation is strictly prohibited at all INSIGHT 100 inc events.

Fill out the membership application below. The INSIGHT 100 inc Board of Directors will review your application and approve your membership request if your information complies with the INSIGHT 100 inc Bylaws.

Full membership with voting privileges is open to any organization or sub-unit there of that has service off of an SL-100 PBX, and whose principal business is not in direct competition with Nortel.

Associate membership is open to any distributor or third party business affiliate of Nortel.

Upon approval of membership, the INSIGHT 100 inc Treasurer will contact the primary representative for method of paying membership dues. The annual membership fee is $575.00. Dues must be paid before membership becomes official.
