INSIGHT 100 inc was formed in 1985 to establish a forum for users of the SL 100 switching product to discuss concerns, applications and performance related issues with Nortel. This is an independent association of Nortel SL 100 owners and end users that work together using active committees, vital listserves and conference forums. We share information on a wide range of applications, challenges and solutions; identify and resolve common issues, influence hardware and software developments, and gain information on new communications technology. We represent private industry, federal and state government agencies, healthcare, financial and educational institutions. Full membership with voting privileges is open to any organization or sub-unit there of that has service off of an SL-100 PBX, and whose principal business is not in direct competition with Nortel. Associate membership is open to any distributor or third party business affiliate of Nortel.
